How CPSOFT collects, uses and protects the data you send from this site.

Last updated: September 2026

Data controller

The data controller is CPSOFT EURL, represented by Patrice Charles, with its registered office at 1013 allée de Lacoque, 97126 Deshaies, Guadeloupe, France.

  • E-mail: contact@cpsoft.tech
  • Phone: +590 690 96 30 40

Given the size of the company and the nature of the processing, no data protection officer has been appointed.

Data collected

The site only collects data when you voluntarily fill in the contact form. The information requested is:

  • Name (required)
  • E-mail address (required)
  • Message (required)
  • Company (optional)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Purpose of the request (drop-down list)

No user account is created and no data is collected without your knowledge when simply browsing the pages.

Purpose and legal basis

The data you send is used solely to handle your request, reply to it and, where applicable, follow up on the business relationship that may result.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the checkbox on the form. You may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It is read by the manager of CPSOFT EURL and passes through the following providers:

  • Web3Forms — form delivery service: the form content passes through its servers before reaching CPSOFT’s mailbox.
  • Google (Gmail) — hosting of the business mailbox that receives and stores your messages.
  • Hostinger — website hosting: the infrastructure records technical connection logs (IP address, date and time, page requested) for security and diagnostics.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by the mechanisms of Chapter V of the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

Retention

Messages received through the form, and the contact details they contain, are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. Any contractual documents drawn up afterwards are kept for the statutory accounting and commercial periods. Server technical logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own retention policy.

High-score table

The desktop games (Snake, Tetris) offer, at the end of a game, to enter a score in the high-score table. You then freely choose a nickname: the nickname, the score and the date of the game are sent to CPSOFT’s server and published in the table, visible to every visitor of the site. Nothing is sent unless you confirm the entry.

The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the entry form. The table keeps the fifty best scores of each game; an entry disappears once it drops out of that ranking. You may ask at any time for an entry to be deleted at contact@cpsoft.tech. No IP address is stored: it is only used in memory, to limit the number of submissions.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies, writes nothing to your browser’s local storage and uses no analytics or advertising tracker. No browsing profile is built and your visit is not tracked. No banner is therefore needed. Window layout and the light or dark appearance are not remembered between visits.

All site resources are served from our own server: simply browsing the pages triggers no request to a third-party service. Your data is only transmitted when you voluntarily send the contact form or a score to the games table. The display language is carried by the page address (cpsoft.tech for French, cpsoft.tech/en for English), with nothing stored on your device.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only: data entered in the form is encrypted in transit. Access to received messages is limited to the manager of CPSOFT EURL.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and French data protection law, you have the following rights over your data:

  • Right of access: confirmation that your data is processed, and a copy of it.
  • Right to rectification: correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure: deletion of your data.
  • Right to restriction of processing.
  • Right to object to processing.
  • Right to data portability: receiving your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@cpsoft.tech or by post to CPSOFT EURL, 1013 allée de Lacoque, 97126 Deshaies, Guadeloupe, France. You will receive a reply within one month at most. Proof of identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt.

Complaints

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy — TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.
